Certified Organic Red kimchi
We make our kimchi using our unique inhouse developed two stage fermentation process. Rest assured each batch is properly fermented and ph tested. This ensures food safety, taste, quality and probiotics in every jar. We are HACCP certified, food safety is assured.
Our Kimchi are all vegan, so there are no fish sauce, fish or broths used. We also don’t use any flavours, rice starch, soy sauce, preservatives or sugar.
Kimchi making really is a labor of love. We love kimchi for it’s delicious sweet, salty and spicy flavour. Kimchi adds a punch to any meal. We also love it because it has so many health benefits for those who choose to eat it regularly.
INGREDIENTS Organic wombok cabbage, organic lobok (korean white radish), organic garlic, gochugaru (chilli), organic spring onion, sea salt, organic ginger and organic apple powder.
PROBIOTICS Wild Fermented – probiotic strains and quantity vary from batch to batch. Probiotics may cause gas in the jar.
