SHIPPING POLICY
Online orders are shipped out within 3 days of receiving payment. During very busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Sales) it can take up to 4 days.
Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery :

Interstate - up to 6 days - items can take longer to get to Western Australia.
Express shipping -
Items with Express Shipping selected are given priority;

RETURN POLICY
Please choose your goodies carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind, however - for certain situations - make sure to contact us via an email and we can try to sort out any issues. You will be responsible for any shipping costs if your item needs to be returned.
If an item you have been sent is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us via email and we will resolve the issue immediately.
