Ancient Khorasan grain has been left unhybridised and unchanged for centuries. We sprout the Khorasan grain, which brings out a subtle sweetness as starches covert into more simple sugars. This single ingredient loaf is a good source of dietary fibre, easily digested for most and has great nutritional benefits. Its mild nutty flavour lends itself to both sweet or savoury toppings.

Ingredients: Certified organic khorasan (wheat) (100%) sprouted with filtered water.
Cooking aid: Certified organic extra virgin olive oil (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).
